Lawn care experience is preferred, especially for crew lead or experienced technician roles, but it is not required for entry-level team members. Dependability, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most.
Standard field start time is 7:00 AM Monday through Friday. Saturday work may be required when weather causes delays.
Odyssey Lawn Care hires for steady lawn care roles and seasonal work, including Christmas light installation. Available roles can vary by season and route needs.
A valid driver's license is preferred for all applicants and required for lead or driver roles.
