What it's like to become a client.
Three ways — pick whichever is easiest:
We'll respond with a firm price within 2 business hours.
Usually within the same week you sign up. During peak season (April through June), it can occasionally be 7 to 10 days out. Either way, we'll tell you exactly when we can start before you commit.
No contracts, ever. Pause or cancel anytime. We've built our business on reputation — if the service isn't worth keeping, we'd rather you leave than feel stuck.
Usually no. For standard services, we can do everything from your driveway and yard. If there's a gate or anything specific we need to know, we'll ask during the quote process.
For first-time assessments of larger jobs (like major bed installs or property cleanups) we may want to walk the property with you — but we'll arrange that separately.
For recurring services like mowing, most clients set up automatic billing through our system — card on file, charged after each service. No writing checks, no chasing invoices.
One-time jobs can be paid by card, cash, or check on completion.
Transparent pricing, no sales tricks.
Starting at $50 per cut for standard residential lots. The final price depends on:
Send us your address and we'll send a firm quote within 2 business hours.
Biweekly usually costs more per visit because the grass is taller and takes longer to cut. Weekly service gives you the best per-visit price and the healthiest-looking lawn — which is why we recommend weekly from March through October.
Quotes are always free. No obligation, no pressure, no sales tricks.
We'll send you one clear price up front — before any work starts — so you know exactly what the job will cost. No surprises, no "we'll figure it out when we're done" pricing.
How our schedule works and what to expect.
We'll assign you a specific weekday based on our route (for example: your yard might be a Tuesday yard). That becomes your mow day going forward — same day every week.
We'll text you the same day to let you know we're postponing. In most cases we reschedule within 24-48 hours, depending on how wet the ground is and how tall the grass got.
You're never left wondering. Silence from us is not a thing — if we're delayed, you'll hear from us.
Yes. Going out of town or just want to skip? Text us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Easy.
Mowing slows or stops from November through early March in DeSoto County since the grass isn't actively growing. During those months we focus on:
We'll resume your regular mowing schedule automatically when growing season starts back up — no sign-up needed.

If you need something we don't directly offer, just ask — we usually know the right person to call.
Not currently — we're launching an 8-step fertilization and weed control program in January 2027. Until then, we can recommend a trusted partner for those services.
Every mowing visit includes:

If you're still not happy after we come back — you don't pay for that service. That's the Odyssey Promise. It's not marketing language; it's how we've kept 140+ clients happy.
We're fully insured. If something gets damaged (it happens occasionally — rocks fly, sprinkler heads snap), we'll replace or repair it at no cost to you.
Tell us immediately — we'd rather handle it in the moment than discover it later.
Every single time. We know what it means if we don't — many of our team have pets and kids too. It's non-negotiable. If you have a gate code, we'll add it to your job notes.
Just text or email us. No cancellation fees, no awkward "breakup" conversations. If you want to come back later, we'll welcome you back.
